  1. Wrap the hot dogs in bacon:

    • Tightly wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon. Use toothpicks at both ends to secure the bacon in place if necessary.
  2. Grill the bacon-wrapped hot dogs:

    • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
    • Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the grill, turning occasionally. Grill for about 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and fully cooked, and the hot dogs are heated through.
  3. Prepare the chili:

    • While the hot dogs are grilling, heat up the canned chili in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.

  4. Grill the buns:

    • During the last few minutes of grilling the hot dogs, place the buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes to get them toasted and lightly charred.
  5. Assemble the hot dogs:

    • Place each bacon-wrapped hot dog in a grilled bun.
    • Top with a generous spoonful of chili.
    • Drizzle with nacho cheese sauce.
    • Sprinkle diced onions and sliced jalapeños on top for extra flavor and heat.
  6. Serve:

    • Remove the toothpicks if you used them, and enjoy these loaded bacon-wrapped hot dogs!

Bacon wrapped anything tastes better. Even more if eaten on a campout. Feel free to use canned chili and cheese sauce when making this dish. And let everyone choose their own toppings.
